Bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese

 



Ingredients

4 bagels, cut in half horizontally
100 g. slices of smoked salmon
1 tbsp. lemon juice
150 g. cream cheese
1 tbsp. chives, chopped


How to:

Toast the sliced ​​bagels until golden brown.
Mix the smoked salmon with the lemon juice in a small mixing bowl.
Soften the cream cheese with a spoon in a bowl and spread it on the bottom half of the toasted bagels.
Arrange the smoked salmon slices evenly over the cream cheese and sprinkle with the chopped chives.
Place a few chives on top of the smoked salmon and place the baked top halves of the bagels on top, to the side.

Serve immediately.
