Calamari in the air fryer

 



Ingredients

1/2 kilo squid in rings
1/2 fl. of tea all-purpose flour
1 large egg
1/4 fl. tea milk
2 fl. of tea grated breadcrumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper


How to:

Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees.
Place the flour in a bowl. Beat the egg and milk in a separate bowl. In a third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
Dip the squid first in the flour, then in the egg mixture and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the squid in the air fryer basket so that they do not overlap. Work in batches if necessary.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil and cook for 4 minutes. Flip the calamari, drizzle with olive oil, and cook until golden brown and crisp, about 3 minutes more.
