1. Choose the reception area wisely
When choosing a venue, it's important to keep your budget in mind. So do your market research and discover that place that best meets your needs. Pay attention to what the venue includes in its price. You usually want to choose a venue that includes as many as possible to avoid extra fees that not only cost money but also effort and time!

2. Sit down dinner
Due to COVID 19, your guest list necessarily needs to be smaller to avoid overcrowding. Fewer people on the list means… opportunity for more luxury!

3. Adopt a digital mindset… for your guest responses
Designing a website is very economical and environmentally friendly. There are plenty of free online tools you can use – and you don't need to have any technical expertise! An added bonus is that many of these sites offer tracking systems (for RSVPs), allowing you to effortlessly track your guest count online!


4. Forget the classic favors
Modern weddings are moving further and further away from the classic version of a wedding. Party favors give way to some souvenirs that most of the time can be something symbolic... like a pot with an edible plant!

Cut costs from unnecessary stationery! Create a formal seating chart and allow your guests to choose their seats (also giving your reception a more warm and friendly tone). For other types of stationery such as the menu – an inexpensive (and reusable) whiteboard is a great idea! Ask a friend with nice handwriting to write your menu for you and you're good to go!
